Take advantage of the association firepit located at the beach and relax while enjoying a famous Michigan sunset and easy conversation. Cottage #1 features three bedrooms and two full baths. All on the main floor, there is a master bedroom with a queen bed and attached bath, a second bedroom with two twin beds and a third bedroom with one queen and one twin bed. These bedrooms share an additional full bath. Living room has a tv, cozy fireplace and dining space for eight. A fully equipped kitchen completes the interior. You will receive check-in instructions about a week in advance of arrival. This will include instructions for how to access the property, wifi, and much more. Minimum age to rent is 25 years old. Please note that the pool is open seasonally. Check-In Time: 4pm Check Out Time: 10am PARKING There is space for two cars. CANCELLATION POLICY Cancellations will be refunded if canceled 30 days or more prior to check-in. Any cancellations within 30 days of check-in will not be refunded. MANAGEMENT This property is managed locally by BVW Unsalted Vacations. We provide professionally laundered linens, bath and beach towels, a starter supply of paper and cleaning products, and after-hours maintenance service.
