Blue Palm House is a lovely new home with an amazing private pool and outdoor space. Not only that we are a mere 6 minutes walk to the beach (Access 11) & 2 blocks from the free public fishing dock & boat ramp for bay access. We are also only 1.4 miles to St. Andrews State Park, where you can snorkel, paddle boat, kite surf, swim, picnic or use the ferry to Shell Island. We are also close to restaurants and night life, but still in a family friendly neighborhood. We look forward your visit! Blue Palms house is a newly constructed home with a reverse and open floor plan. The kitchen, living room, dining area, pantry and half bath are all located on the 2nd floor. There is also a lovely deck facing the bay where you can relax with a morning coffee while enjoying the fresh bay breeze. The Primary suite with en-suite bath, a roomy desk area and a Juliet balcony, overlooking the pool, is also located on the 2nd floor. There is also a large 65 inch Smart TV in the Living room area as well as a pullout couch. The Kitchen is well stocked with all your cooking amenities and a Keurig coffee maker for your convenience. The first Floor has the laundry, two guest rooms and a large bathroom with a tub shower combination. It is also has the entrance to the backyard pool oasis and large outdoor shower. The first guest room features a king sized bed and Desk area. The second bedroom has queen sized bunk beds and a twin trundle. All bedrooms feature at least 50" smart TV's. There are also games and books for those rainy days. The backyard is a lovely peaceful retreat, the pool area is surrounded by palm trees and a lush grassy area for games. Pool size is approximately 28 by 20 feet! Over 25k spent on professional landscaping for your enjoyment. There is a large gazebo for covered outdoor dining and a grill to prepare those tasty poolside meals. There are plenty of loungers and seating to relax in as well as tanning ledge in the pool that can be shaded by umbrellas if you wish. The outdoor shower is family sized with hot and cold water, perfect to wash off before you go in and take a wonderful outside shower after your swim or maybe at night shower under the stars. The pool area and gazebo can also be lit up at night for a wonderful nighttime experience. We hope you are able to come and enjoy this wonderful fresh oasis we have created for our family and yours. Guest must request access to heat for the pool in advance, and it will be an additional charge. Heating pool is not really recommend from December - April, yet can be done but is costly. Unforeseen things happen in life, and we highly encourage you to purchase trip insurance for your reservation, just in the case you need to cancel past the cancelation window. The guests will have access to the whole property except the owners closet and garages. (The pool equipment side is fenced off and will not need to be accessed unless for maintenance). Biltmore Beach, near Beach Access #11 Age Requirements: Primary Guests must be 25 years of age or older. The Guest must occupy the property throughout the entirety of the reservation dates. Photo ID is verified at the time of check-in.
