Since it's on the right side of the complex, you can feel it is cooler than other condos as the sun doesn't get to it as much. Medano beach is literally around the corner, you can have a relaxing day with a margarita at the beach or perhaps you 'd like skiing, parasailing or kayaking...it's your choice! You can practically walk to all you need while in the marina.
