It has an incredible patio with a big bbq. Guest has access to entre house. Kitchen, laundry room, living room, dinning room, patio and bbq. Private access to the entire house. You will always have 24 hrs communication. Mayra (administrator) will be your Main contact and will receive you with the key and she will be accesible through phone during your entire stay. Also my mom or myself are most of the year in San Miguel and will be accessible for you anytime. 4 blocks from the Main square and in a very safe area. It is next door to the Rosewood Hotel. You can walk everywhere at any time. Downtown, shops, grocery store, park, etc.... Pet fee is 50usd for the stay.
