The Pinewild neighborhood is a gated community, which includes a clubhouse, tennis court, ping pong table, private pier and private beach. There is a homeowners association that takes care of snow removal, landscaping and security. All you have to do is come home and enjoy your Lake Tahoe home! Additionally, we are a very close 15-minute drive to many local restaurants and grocery stores in South Lake Tahoe. You'll definitely need a car to get around the area. Winter months you'll need a 4 Wheel Drive vehicle, we get a lot of snow. The house has 1 dedicated parking spot and 1 guest parking spot. No more than 2 cars allowed. Parking pass included. HOUSE RULES: NO parties or large gathering! Any party or large gathering will result in immediate cancellation without refund and fined $500.
