This bright & cozy studio is close to everything, making it easy to plan your vacation. A few short blocks away from the PATH, 1 block from Hoboken University Medical Center, and many stores and restaurants to walk to. Sleeping arrangements: one full size bed, one small futon couch which sleeps one person, and one twin size air mattress if needed. Our full kitchen has everything you need including a dishwasher, full oven w/ gas stove, microwave, Keurig, utensils, toaster, pots & pans. This ground floor apartment is located on the corner or 3rd Street and Park Avenue near great restaurants, bars, shopping, bus stops, parks, and a short walk to the PATH station where you can take a train or ferry to NYC or also take the light rail to Bayonne, Jersey City, Weehawken, Union City, or North Bergen. The entire studio apartment is private. The apartment is on the ground floor of a 5 story apartment building. I live nearby if you need anything Hoboken is a walker's paradise and is home to many fine restaurants and shops all offering takeout and delivery. Getting to tourist sites in Manhattan is easy with multiple modes of transportation into the city via the NJ Waterway ferries, Path trains, NJ transit buses or the Light Rail. The PATH train station and ferry to NYC is a quick walk. Perfect location for business or leisure travelers. In November we listened to our guest suggestions and have added 2 more pillows, more plates, more utensils, more coffee mugs, a brand new Keurig machine and a toaster. If you have any other suggestions for us we would be happy to add some more items for your stay. Cooling & Heating is controlled by the building and is regulated by the building owners and set to seasonal temperatures. There is a fan and there are vent covers in the apartment if needed.
