Even though the villa is situated close to the beach and the High Rise Area, we do recommend renting a car for sightseeing, exploring other beaches and for large groceries. Prices are based on total of guests, each additional guest above 4 guests is $25 USD per guest per night extra (children up to 2 years stay free of charge). We have this price setting so we can offer very competitive prices for smaller groups as well. You will have an electricity and water allowance of 50 USD per day. The allowance is sufficient when using the utilities consciously. For example shut off the AC’s when you not using or not at home. We will monitor the usage as well and when you are using too much we will warn you first so you can adjust your usage.
