This 5 bedroom, 2 bathroom historic home in the heart of Eugene has been beautifully restored. The front entry consists of a large office space, great for remote working, with high speed WIFI. A cozy living room with TV, a large dining room and newly updated kitchen wrap around the downstairs. 4 large bedrooms are located upstairs as well as a bathroom and patio. The large backyard is open for entertaining. There is parking to the right of the house, please keep the driveway to the house behind our home clear. There is a lock box on the side door to access keys, code will be provide with further check-in instructions at booking. The Eugene bike path along the river, which connects to all parts of the city, is just a few minute walk away. The Whiteaker neighborhood is just down the street, with some of Eugene's best eateries and breweries. Access to anywhere in town is simple, with the Beltline and NW Expressway nearby. The house is located on a main thoroughfare in Eugene, which makes it very accessible to anywhere in town. Just a block down from the house is Fir Butte Lane, which connects to a beautiful paved pathway that skirts both sides of the Willamette River. Perfect for walking or biking to the mall/movie theater/playground/Round 1 arcade or just enjoying the river. You can really access most of the Eugene area using the path, as it goes for miles in either direction, including Autzen Stadium, UO campus/Hayward Field, Whiteaker Neighborhood, downtown Eugene, etc. This home is easily accessible from I-5, taking the 569 Highway Beltline you can take River Road exit or Northwest Expressway. It can be accessed via Downtown via Chambers street which turns into River Road. Parking at the house is outdoors along the right side of the house, and overflow can be in the grassy area to the left of the house.
