There is a separate bathroom right outside this bedroom with a shower/tub. Guests staying in the master bedroom can enjoy waking up in the comfortable King size bed. The master features a large en suite bathroom with a shower/tub. The upstairs loft is the perfect zone for kids, featuring two Twin size beds.The large open concept living area is ideal for gathering the family. The kitchen has ample counter space and everything you might need to cook a great meal. The living room and kitchen open up to the lanai…the perfect spot for enjoying sunsets! Staying cool is easy with ceiling fans throughout and a split A/C system in the living room. Pack light! This unit offers a washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience. Papakea Resort has something for everyone, with two ocean front heated swimming pools (2 cabanas available for rent through the front desk), three tennis courts and pickle-ball courts, shuffleboard courts, 12 new stainless steel Weber BBQs and putting greens. Unlike most condo resorts on Maui, Papakea is low rise and low density. The resort offers 13 beautifully landscaped acres with multiple koi ponds and is located right on famous Kaanapali Beach. There’s a shopping center right across the street, offering a convenient location to get groceries or a quick meal. Whaler’s Village, with a variety of shops and ocean front restaurants, is a short five minute drive. There is a wonderful sandy beach walking distance from the condo. Beach sand levels can vary based on the conditions. This condo is managed professionally by My Perfect Stays, an on island property management company. *Papakea charges a $17/day facility fee for your first 10 consecutive days in a 30 day period. The fee includes a parking permit, Wifi throughout the resort, cable and local calls during your stay. Additional vehicles are $5 a day. This is collected by the Front Desk upon arrival.* My Perfect Stays is available Monday through Sunday, from 9 am until 5:30 pm Hawaii Standard time. Honokowai Please note that Airbnb will group the following mandatory, non-refundable fees under their "Cleaning Fee" section. 1) Vacation Rental Damage Waiver plan that will cover unintentional damages to the rental unit interior and will cover up to $1,500 in damages. 2) Processing Fee: Our team is available daily from 9am-5:30pm for general questions or issues that arise, plus we have invested in an after-hours emergency staff. 3) Cleaning Fee: Our condos receive a CDC compliant cleaning and we provide a one-time starter supply of kitchen supplies, dish soap, detergents, toilet paper, paper towels, and Maui-made toiletries at the completion of our deep cleaning. Standard Cancellation Policy: To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in. If guest cancels between 7 and 30 days before check-in, they will owe 50% for all nights. If guest cancels less than 7 days before check-in, they will owe 100% for all nights.
