Circa 1889 home in an early Cincinnati suburb, convenient to I-75 and 10 miles from downtown. We overlook a busy Norfolk Southern (ex-New York Central) and CSX shared railroad line which makes the view sought after by railfans. We feature, off-street parking, Ring doorbells and alarm security, full kitchen with dining area and backyard deck. Upstairs the "20th. Century Limited" room is great for observing trains on the busy mainline across the street. Fast WiFi with Roku televisions up and down! To our South, Cincinnati Museum Center, located in our famed "half-dome" railroad station, offers one of the largest historic city dioramas in the world, a Natural History Museum and an Omnimax theater. Downtown also features Great American Ballpark, Bengal's Stadium, Over the Rhine Brewery District, Streetcar and the Cincy Convention Center. To the North, we are fifteen minutes or so from the fantastic Entertrainment Junction attraction and half-an hour from the Kings' Island Amusement Park. You will have access to the full house with the exception of the cellar, the garage and the supply closet in the living room. There are "Ring" doorbells outside of the exterior front and rear doors for security but there are no cameras or monitoring devices present inside the house. My wife and I live one block north and are available to meet and greet guests if so desired. In case of emergency, the home is managed by Preferred Guest Incorporated and their people are available 24 hours a day for assistance. We are in the Village of Arlington Heights which is the smallest municipality in Hamilton County. The village was founded in 1889 as an early planned suburb of Cincinnati. Stores and restaurants are a short distance away in the neighboring towns of Reading, Wyoming and Hartwell. I-75 entrances and exits are less than one mile away, both North and South, as is the Ronald Reagan Highway which connects I-75 with I-71 about ten miles to our East, and I-74/275 is about 15 miles to the West. Dayton, Ohio is about an hour's drive North.; Indianapolis about an hour and a half; Columbus or Louisville, Kentucky about two hours. Please note that we are located across the street from a very active railroad line which can be loud at times. Please respect the Norfolk Southern right-of-way and do not approach the tracks.
