Encanto del Mar Property-Turquesa unit is a beautiful pool/garden view apartment located just 3 minutes walking distance from West Bay Beach. The property has its own private pool shared with other Encanto del Mar units. During your stay in the Turquesa unit, you will enjoy privacy and a great sea breeze on the porch. This spacious unit can accommodate 2 adults and 1 child (7 -16 years old, additional fee applied ). For more details, please contact us. Besides, the indoor space, available for your use is a porch, a BBQ deck, a pool deck, and the lushes’ garden. Mini supermarket, scooter/car rental, and even emergency polyclinic are just across the street. Additionally, a few great small restaurants are close by and available for convenient breakfast, lunch, or dinner. From the apartment, you can head in a minute to the mile of white sandy beach and nightlife at many bars and restaurants. Furthermore, for long stays, we are offering free transportation to the grocery store (once per week). The listed price doesn’t include: 1. Optional A/C: 18 US $/per day -cash payment is upon arrival 2. For bookings exceeding 10 days, an additional cleaning fee of 50$ per week will be imposed (light cleaning and replacement of towels and bedsheets after 10 days) Parking, garden, pool and private porch.
