Direct access to the neighborhood pool and just steps to the beach! Main floor contains 2 primary bedrooms each with a king bed and en suite bathroom! The Lower floor contains a bedroom with 2 Twin beds and another with 2 Full beds. You will love the ELEVATOR! The top floor of the home contains the dining, area, kitchen and living room along with a half bath. The middle floor has 2 master suites, each with a king bed and an en suite full bathroom. The lower floor has a bedroom with 2 twin beds, a bedroom with 2 full size beds and a "hang out room" adjacent to the community pool. All bedrooms have a smart TV. Each level has an ocean facing balcony. This house directly connects with the community pool and from there, the walkway to the beach. Entire home Available by phone or text anytime throughout your stay. All bed linens and bath towels/washcloths are provided. Please bring personal toiletries and beach towels. Each bathroom has 2 rolls of toilet paper and the kitchen has 2 rolls of paper towels. A starter set of dishwashing tabs and garbage bags are provided but you may need to purchase more depending on usage. Instacart will deliver groceries from the Atlantic Beach Food Lion directly to the front door.
