Relax with plenty of room to enjoy your time. There is a large wrap around deck with furniture and dining table to enjoy the outdoors. This unit is larger than most other units in the complex with a large comfortable living area. The kitchen is well equipped with stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and grinder, pots, pans, utensils, glassware and dinnerware. We have high speed fiber optic cable able to support numerous devices. Our internet speed is typically 200 mps download and 100 mps upload. There is also a 55" Samsung Smart Television. We furnished our condo with all the comforts we personally enjoy for ourselves. Our primary goal is to create a space we are proud of and one for our guests to enjoy as well. Guests have access to all amenities within the complex such as large pool and hot tub, fitness center and secure private gated beach access directly onto the beach. San Pancho has many great restaurants, cafes, cabanas, tiki bars and shops all within steps of the condominium. The restaurants and shops are fabulous and most are owner managed. San Pancho streets and restaurants are active during the busy season with a variety of street entertainment very common. The La Patrona Beach Club is one-half mile walk on the beach and the Polo Club with it's renowned Sunday Brunch is also nearby. For those wanting a more bustling town experience, Sayulita is approximately 4 miles away by taxi. San Pancho is an easy town to walk. Generally a car is not needed to get around town. Street parking is generally very difficult although we provide for one parking space in a covered area with 24 hour security. Golf cart rentals are available. Upon confirmation you will need to supply an email address and contact information to host. Documents will be emailed to the guest to be filled out and returned to Host. The documents are for security to register guests and allow them on the property.
