Built in 1912, the Olde Magnolia House features original pine floors, attractive woodwork, high ceilings...along with central heating & air and updated lighting throughout. Outside, you'll fall in love with the covered wrap around front/side porch; the lot also has fenced rear/side yard and private paved parking area with room for 4 vehicles. Nestled just off Van Buren Street, this property allows for quick access to the unique shops, boutiques, galleries, restaurants & pubs of the town center; as well as short driving distance to Brown County State Park and the Brown County Music Center. The Olde Magnolia House is owned and operated by The Loeser Family. After many years of being enchanted by the rolling landscape and unique aura of Brown County, we made the decision to purchase a property in the town of Nashville in 2021. We've poured innumerable hours of labor and love into fine-tuning this unique home to reflect our style of 'old meets new'.
