Bedroom 2 has a queen sized bed with a large dresser and flat screen TV. Living room has a sleeper sofa with flat screen TV and small dining table and chairs. The kitchen has granite countertops and is fully equipped for cooking all your meals. There is a one time pet fee of $125 per pet. Unregistered pets charge is $250. Maximum two pets allowed. Other restrictions apply. Children must be accompanied by an adult around the pool. Registered guests only. All guests must be registered. No parties or events. Renters are responsible for any damage caused to the property by themselves or their guests during their stay.
