This is a beautiful property with some modern features. Guests will have access to the entire 2 bedroom, 2 bathrooms Oceanfront Penthouse Condo. The unit has a spectacular view of the ocean, pools and well manicured yard from the living room and master bedroom. Each bedroom is furnished with a king size bed, flat screen TV, air conditioner and ceiling fans. There is a flat screen TV in the living room and a ceiling fan. The condo has cable, WIFI, hot water, and the option of a chef to cook meals and daily housekeeping. The community has two pools comprise of a saltwater pool running directly from the ocean and a fresh water pool, a tennis court, gym, an elevator along with stairs. Picnic areas are available and longe chairs by the pool and ocean. There is formal dining for four people in the living room as well as on the balcony overlooking the view of the ocean. The unit is furnished with a full kitchen, coffee maker, microwave, oven, range, refrigerator, electric kettle, toaster oven and a nutri-bullet. The unit provides some toiletries, linens, towels, iron and iron-board. We take pride in keeping our property clean and pay special attention to details to make our guests comfortable. Our Beds: All our bed are covered with hypoallergenic mattress protectors and pillow protectors. Our mattresses are pillow top and euro-top. Firm with a nice cozy plush feel. We clean the unit daily so your surroundings remain fresh and neat while you relax on your vacation. Allinclusive Packages: This package is highly recommended: We offer all inclusive packages that includes up to two meals per day with a three course dinner meal. This also includes daily Housekeeping. Ask your host to upgrade you to this package after you book. With this package, you do not need to buy groceries, simply choose what you would like to eat and when, and it will be provided. Dining: After booking is confirmed, guests can choose to upgrade to our all-inclusive package for a fee. Once guests upgrades to our all-inclusive package, host will then communicate with guests about their meal preferences. Our Chefs specialize in Jamaican cuisines but do make other cultural foods. We are also well verse on health conscious meals, gluten free meals, vegetarian dishes and vegan options. A menu is provided prior to arrival to assist our guests in choosing their daily meals. If you want something not on the menu or have special dietary needs, just let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you. Guests choose when those meals are served. Guests can opt to cook their own meals. However you can upgrade to our all inclusive package that includes a chef, meals and daily housekeeping. Our meal preparation is dinner style so one entree per meal served for everyone. Restaurants are also close by and some in short driving distance that you can enjoy. Toiletries: We do provide a set of towels, one beach towel per guest and your first set of toilet paper, hand soap and trash bags. Further toilet paper and supplies needed can be purchased at the store or provided by guests while staying with us. (All Toilet paper, trash bags and supplies included in all-inclusive package) Laundry Service: We have a service that will pick up and take your clothes to the laundry for wash and fold, then deliver them to you. This can be arranged for a fee or we can direct you to the nearest laundromat. Amenities: Relax at this Nature friendly Condo and enjoy the beautiful ocean view and garden scene, feel the cool breeze from the Caribbean sea and the sounds of the waves. While the community is located by the ocean we do not recommend swimming there as the water is deep and rocky so there is a salt water pool with the water from the ocean. There are also beautiful beaches for swimming in the area as we are located on the North Coast of Jamaica. This beautiful condo community is located very close to many attractions. Bamboo Beach is only 2 minutes away (This beach is currently under construction but other beaches are available)There is a nice Italian restaurant in walking distance and many attractions close by like Yaaman, blue hole, Island Gully, catamaran cruise tour, snorkeling, White River Rafting, the famous Dunns River Falls, Chukka Adventure, restaurants, craft market, beaches, Margaritaville and much more. After booking our staff is happy to assist you with suggestions of fun things to do in the area. Our staff is also happy to plan romantic dinner specials, Spa services, birthday getaways and private spa parties for 4 people. Getting around: We can arrange transportation for airport transfers and getting around the town, however the drivers do charge a fee based on where you want to go. You can also rent a car from local car rental companies if you are comfortable driving on the left side of the road, with some roads being small. Special Offers: For reservations of 30 days or more, 1 complimentary massage per guest is offered. Guest will rent the entire apartment. Assigned parking available on property. Guests can access the pools, gym and tennis court. Check in instructions and property address will be given to guest prior to arrival. A staff member will be at the unit to checkin Guests. For our all inclusive packages guest will have a private chef at the property daily to provide meals and daily Housekeeping, then leave the property once work is complete. The community has two lighted swimming pools located by the ocean. One of the pools is a salt water leading from the ocean and the other a fresh water pool. There is a gym, tennis court and elevator along with stairs. Once booked, permission will be given to enter property through guarded gates. Airport pick up and drop off can be arranged for a fee. Private Driver to tour Jamaica or for main transportation while in Jamaica can be arranged for a fee. Assign parking in the community for guest who drives. Unit is located within 5-7 minutes from the town of Ocho Rios. We do not advertise the exact address for safety of the customers and will provide location and directions after booking. However property is within the general area close to Ocho Rios.
