PARADISE is what you will find when you enter Villa #5. This 2-story condo is located on the beach with the most incredible views of Cayman’s crystal blue water. The entire unit has been meticulously renovated by an award-winning design firm, complete with high-end finishes and furnishings. This will have you feeling like you are staying at a five-star resort, but at a fraction of the price. It is a true oasis, with all the luxuries and amenities of home. People from all backgrounds welcome! Located in the quaint village of Bodden Town, the condo is centrally located between 7Mile Beach, East End and Rum Point. This quiet part of Cayman has that true “island-vibe”, making it a perfect destination for a relaxing or adventurous vacation. Villa #5 (@seabreeze_villa_5) is THE only one in the complex that has been completely gutted and renovated with modern high end furnishings and finishes. MAIN FLOOR: Well laid out with a chef-inspired kitchen (stocked with all the essentials), dining table, generous living room (63’’ Smart TV) and a powder room. The large patio doors take you directly to the pool deck and beautiful sandy beach. There is an ample number of outdoor furniture for you to relax by the pool or beach. SECOND FLOOR: Two spacious bedrooms, each with their own ensuite. The primary bedroom has a king bed, an unobstructed view to the sea and its own private balcony (watch the incredible sunrise). The second bedroom is furnished with a queen bed (topped with an exclusive Hasten’s Mattress) and a private balcony facing inland. The condo can sleep up to 7 guests (a comfortable blow-up mattress can be provided for the living room), but the unit is better suited for 4 guests as it's a 2-bedroom unit. Other Amenities Include: Keyless entry, highchair, playpen with comfort mattress, filtered water and ice maker via fridge, kitchen stocked with basic essentials, Keurig, snorkeling gear (x2 sets), beach towels. ***PLEASE NOTE that the condo can sleep up to 6 guests if you would like to save money on accommodations as there is no extra charge for extra guests, HOWEVER ideally the condo is better suited for 4 guests or 2 couples since it is a 2 bedroom. Additional guests will have to sleep on an inflatable matress and one can sleep on the couch in the livingroom which is not like sleeping on a real bed in the bedrooms.*** Pool & sun loungers on the ocean side and a sandy white beach for you to enjoy. Before you leave the pool/beach, please return the chairs to where they were before, if you moved them to a different location. Your peace and privacy are respected however I will check on you after your first night ;) Located in the quaint village of Bodden Town, away from the hustle and bustle of 7Mile Beach, and within walking distance to some shops, fish fry on the beach and a few restaurants. If you are an explorer, a rental car is recommended and if you are looking to just relax, you will only need a taxi to get you to and from the airport. Few shops and restaruants are within walking distance from the condo. PLEASE NOTE: Only in the summer months, there may be some sargassum/seaweed on the beach. That’s Mother Nature’s gifts us, which is out of our control. Our landscaping team works diligently to remove as much sargassum as they can on a daily basis. ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE: I try to accommodate all guests during the "purgatory period" between 11am-4pm, when the condo is being cleaned. There is no additional charge for an early check-in/late checkout.
