The villa-style home is in a 24/7 gated community with lush landscape. You’ll have full, exclusive access to the home during your stay. The home is self-check-in. The code will be given to you within 24 hours of your arrival date. You’ll have complete privacy during your stay, but we’re available 7 days a week should you need anything, just send us a message. It usually takes about 25-30 minutes from the airport to the home, but please always check your mobile map apps for drive times vary depending on the time of day. Please note: This home does not have access to Encore's community amenities nor the waterpark. But you can find fun at your private pool & whirlpool spa when you're not at the parks! If you would like to rent a BBQ it can be done for an additional fee and we need a minimum of 48 hours notice. If you would like to heat up the pool or jacuzzi there is an extra charge of $140 for 3 days (minimum) and $46 each additional day. The heating is for the whole pool, there is not separate heating for the jacuzzi. Please note that the pool takes around 24 hours to heat completely to reach a comfortable temperature. So if you’d like the pool to be heated for your stay, let us know as soon as possible. There is no daily housekeeping service. If you'd like a mid-stay cleaning, we can arrange that for you for an additional fee. The home is located in a community that provides 24/7 gated security. Florida law does not allow opened food to be kept in the kitchen or refrigerator so all food items are removed after each guest checks out. Therefore there will be no supply of items such as condiments, coffee grounds, etc. prior to check-in. You can pick these items up at a nearby supermarket. We do provide a few essentials to make you feel more at home when you arrive like: paper towels, dish sponge, dish detergent, trash bags in all trash cans, and a roll of toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo and conditioner in each full bathroom. These items are not replenished, you'll need to purchase more if you run out. Love bug season comes twice a year in Florida. When it happens, they sometimes end up in the pool and this is out of our control, but we assure you the pool is always thoroughly cleaned prior to every guest check in. Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation. A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in ,subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met. House Rules: - Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book. - No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed in the home and the use of any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty. - No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise will not be tolerated. - No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors. - No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property. - Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay. - Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during your stay. - Please avoid moving furniture. - No pets allowed at this property, sorry.
