Once your reservation is confirmed, August electronic locking system will send you a message through my AirBnB with instructions on how to download their app to your smart phone, transforming your phone into a bluetooth KEY. All you'll need to get into the Coco Condo is your phone! Plus, August gives you a personal CODE to use during the duration of your stay, which you can manually punch into the keypad outside the door. You have access to all of the Coco Condo (2 bedrooms --one is the loft-- and 1 bath) and all the common areas of the condo complex, including guest parking, pool, hot tub, sauna, grills, etc. (These last require a key, which you'll find on a hook at the condo. $100 replacement fee.) When parking, try to find a visitor spot at the bottom of the complex since that is where our building is. From there it’s a few little stairs and an elevator up to the 4th floor. (if you do park at the top parking lot, don’t try to walk through the whole complex to get to our building at the bottom. Just walk down the driveway.) THERE IS ALSO BEACH PARKING AT ALL THE BEACHES YOU'D WANT TO VISIT, AND OF COURSE, GUEST PARKING AT OUR CONDO COMPLEX.
