Sky High Chalet is the perfect place to spend your vacation in the North Carolina Mountains! This 4-bedroom home is located near App Ski Mountain, right in the heart of the High Country! The property boasts a hot tub, fire pit, game room, and brand new furniture and bedding! There is a king and queen room on the main level, each with a private a/c window unit, that share a full bathroom. There is a futon in the living room for additional sleeping space. Upstairs is the master suite with a king bed, a/c window unit, flat screen TV, and private full bathroom! Downstairs is the bunk room featuring two sets of twin-over-full bunk beds. Also downstairs is a fun game room that offers a pool table, ping-pong table, foosball table and a childrens pool table! There is a flat screen TV here, as well. Step outside onto the back deck and enjoy the fresh mountain air! The deck is furnished with plenty of outdoor seating for the family to gather around. Underneath the deck is a nice size hot tub, big enough for 4-5 people. In the yard there is a nice stone fire pit in the gently sloping yard. Perfect place for fun outdoor activities with the kids! Additional notes: - All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. - Firewood may be purchased with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a fire starter for $25 plus tax per night. Payment will be collected through the airbnb resolution center. - This property is located at over 4,000 feet in elevation feet and does not have central air conditioning. There are various window units. - This home is not pet friendly, thank you for not bringing pets into this home. - Enough parking space for 4-5 vehicles. - The road leading to this home is paved however AWD or 4WD vehicles are required during winter months. • Check in is after 4pm • Checkout by 10am • This home is not pet friendly. This person is required to be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates. • No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home. • Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. • No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed. Keep outside noise respectable. • 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter- it is your responsibility to come prepared for winter weather. No refunds are given if you are not prepared for winter weather. • Guest is responsible for any damages caused by intentional (non-accidental) actions. • Host is not responsible for items left in the home. • Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions sent by Host (property manager) within 60 days of arrival.
