This listing includes 2 separate units: Unit A and Unit B. The units are interconnected, allowing you the flexibility to unlock the dividing door and enjoy a spacious, unified area or keep it locked for separate accommodations. The choice is entirely yours, providing you with the freedom to tailor your stay to your specific needs and preferences. Both Units A & B are well-stocked with all the necessities, from kitchenware & dishes to premium towels, linens, and toiletries (soap, body wash, shampoo/conditioner & lotion). There is a washer & dryer in each unit - free to use. We also have a pack & play, booster chair, baby bathtub to use in shower, and dishes for children in each unit if you are traveling with little ones. Unit A (2-BR house): The house is well laid out with an open floor kitchen, living, and dining area. There are 2-bedrooms with their own bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed with a loft twin bed over-top more suitable for children. A sleeper sofa ( memory-foam queen size mattress) is located in the living room. Step through the double doors of the living room and be greeted by a spacious patio with a roof, offering ample shade to relish the outdoors even in the heat of the day. Prepare to be captivated by the panoramic red rock views that surround you, creating an enchanting backdrop for relaxation. Unwind in the lounge area, complete with a cozy fire pit, a dining table for delightful meals, and a grill for sizzling BBQ delights. Unit B (Studio Apartment): The studio apartment is connected to the main house through a double-locked door located in the kitchen. The apartment has a separate entrance and driveway with a carport for parking. Also included is a Pergola for outdoor seating with a gas fire pit. The studio can sleep 4 adults. It has a queen size bed and a queen size sleeper sofa with memory foam mattresses. Just a short walk from the apartment door, there is a pergola with shaded seating area and red rock view. Not far from the pergola there is a shaded play area for little kids located under the big tree. Dino Ranch has something to enjoy for everyone. We hope your stay with us is amazing! Beautiful views all around. Perfect for walking / running / biking. Easy access to hikes: two hiking trails 1 mile away (Cottonwood and Bunting). 5 minute drive to the playground, skate park, water park, tennis & basketball courts. There isn't much traffic, aside from driving your car or a street-legal ATV, you can walk, run or bike around the neighborhood. Depending on the season, you might see bunnies, lizards, chipmunks, quail, hummingbirds, and even mule deer wandering around the property and the neighborhood. Best time to spot them is morning and dusk.
