The living area features a sectional sofa (no sofa bed), a large flat screen tv and new split air conditioning window unit! The kitchen is equipped with stainless appliances and plenty of space to prep and cook when you want to dine in. You can enjoy sharing meals on the comfortable and spacious private lanai while taking in the evening sunset. This cozy condo is suitable to accommodate up to 5 guests. The master features ocean views, a King bed, flat screen tv and an en suite bathroom with walk in shower. The second bedroom offers a queen bed and flat screen TV. Also included in the guest bedroom is a lounge chair that converts to a Twin size bed for an additional guest. My Perfect Stays provides a complimentary starter set of natural Maui-made shampoo, conditioner, body soap and lotion. This unit comes equipped with WIFI and cable. This complex has 62 units spread across 10 acres of manicured landscaping and allows short term rentals. Ka'anapali Please note that Airbnb will group the following mandatory, non-refundable fees under their "Cleaning Fee" section. 1) Vacation Rental Damage Waiver plan that will cover unintentional damages to the rental unit interior and will cover up to $1,500 in damages. 2) Processing Fee: Our team is available daily from 9am-5:30pm for general questions or issues that arise, plus we have invested in an after-hours emergency staff. 3) Cleaning Fee: Our condos receive a CDC compliant cleaning and we provide a one-time starter supply of kitchen supplies, dish soap, detergents, toilet paper, paper towels, and Maui-made toiletries at the completion of our deep cleaning. Standard Cancellation Policy: To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in. If guest cancels between 7 and 30 days before check-in, they will owe 50% for all nights. If guest cancels less than 7 days before check-in, they will owe 100% for all nights.
