The apartment is located on the ground floor, in the compound, called Royal Residence Apartments 2. This is a closed area with 24-hour security and CCVT. There is a shared swimming pool in the yard and a shared infinity pool on the roof that tenants can use for free. Our guests can also attend a wild beach for free (it's situated within a 5-minute walk). The sea view rooftop pool of common use is the special feature of this apartment. Featuring a private backyard, this air-conditioned apartment consists of 1 living room, 1 bedroom and 1 bathrooms with a shower and a hairdryer. The well-equipped kitchen features a stovetop, a refrigerator, kitchenware and a microwave. The spacious apartment provides a flat-screen TV with cable channels, a washing machine, a kettle. If guests break or damage something in the apartment, the cost will be deducted from the deposit. The security deposit is returned on the day of check-out after checking the apartment.
