True Blue is a world class golf course just one mile from the beach. We overlook the lake on #4 Fairway! We recently renovated with granite, flooring, new appliances and new beds throughout. This very private 3rd floor unit has vaulted ceilings and stunning views, beautiful pool, close to stunning beaches and parks. It's our home away from home so, it has everything you'll ever need. Come relax with us. We love high ceilings, natural light and good views. So when we found this condo, it was a perfect match for us. It's our little piece of paradise. You have access to the pool all season. It is closed in the winter. We also share our Huntington Beach State Park pass with our guests so you can enjoy the wild life and beach access. We live about 3 hours away but available by phone or text. We are blessed to have a property manager there in Pawleys to help if there are any issues with the unit. True Blue is a beautiful Golf course community in the heart of Pawleys Island. Many of the condo owners live here in True Blue full time. We are here often and know many personally. Our guest are required to follow the HOA rules as it applies to the pool, common space, pets and smoking. It's all of the owners that make this such a great and peaceful retreat place. We always use our car. Some people rent golf carts to motor around the local area. Highway 17 during season is very busy so if you bike or cart please be careful. There is access to a traffic light to cross 17 through the access road from True Blue to the Publix center. There are taxi companies and Uber drivers but they run on island time so plan accordingly if you need to use them. There are no assigned parking spots but it never has been an issue for us to park right in front of our building. True Blue is a public course. If you want to golf, use the driving range or have a meal all this is within walking distance and even quicker if you elect to drive.
