Nice apartment in the heart of Miraflores, 130 mts2 with 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and 1 half bathroom. Excellent location being less than 2 blocks from Larcomar (the best entertainment center of Miraflores). In the neighborhood you will find the best restaurants, bars, parks, shopping malls, money exchange houses, banks, craft markets and supermarkets. The apartment is located on the 6th floor of Jose Gonzales street, a residential area but without being far from the best of the area. The main bedroom has an exterior view, exit to the balcony and a queen size bed with private bathroom and a TV. The second bedroom has an interior view and two single beds that can be put together and converted into a double bed. The third bedroom has an interior view and a divan bed that comfortably fits 2 people. In the living room there is also a double sofa bed for two people and a TV (maximum capacity 8 people). The kitchen and laundry room are fully equipped. A portable air conditioning unit and a heating unit. Access to the whole apartment We are not present in the building but you can notify us of any questions or requirements through internal messaging or telephone. Only two blocks from Larcomar shooping center. The neighborhood is very safe and you can move around with Uber or safe cabs. Parking is in the basement and access is by a car lift. In case of a delay, a penalty will be charged after 15 minutes of delay).  If your reservation is last minute, there could be a delay in the delivery of the apartment. Please inform the time of your arrival to confirm the Check-In time.  The additional fee for an early Check-in / late Check-out is 50% of the normal rate per night and depending on availability, the calendar is blocked according to your request. If you pay for an early Check-in, entry after prior coordination is from 7:00 a.m. and if it is a late Check-out, departure would be until 7:00 p.m. Payments for early check-ins and late check-outs are in cash in dollars/sole, after coordination with the reservations area (we appreciate your understanding if we cannot confirm your early check-in or late check-out, and this is because we have 11 departments. and our cleaning staff must comply with a schedule, to avoid setbacks with the Check-in of our new guests. Thank you for your support!).  ¡IMPORTANT! Dear guests: If you have not paid for early check-in, we are not obliged to give you early access to the apartment. Likewise, if the department does not have a maintenance or cleaning schedule on the day they arrive, we could gladly be given free advance admission, after prior coordination. ¡Thank you!  The concierges of the buildings are hired by the management of the building's Board of Owners, and their attention is in accordance with the rules and regulations of the multifamily building. They are not part of our company; they are not trained in guest care. Please be patient if they don´t speak another language and follow the building rules. If you need anything, please communicate directly with the MLA apartments staff. ¡Thank you!  Send in advance to the reservations area the list of guests specifying: Names, Surnames, Passport number/Identity Document and Nationality, Vehicle license plate number in case they need a garage; in addition to the arrival time to authorize access to the building, delivery of keys/sending of the lockbox access code/electronic lock code.  Your reservation includes parking a car or truck (we recommend that you send us the model of the car/truck in advance to confirm whether they fit into the space or not. Keep in mind that some parking spaces are narrow, so be careful when scraping or damage their cars and basement walls when doing the maneuvers). MLA apartments is not responsible for these damages.  If your reservation is in “Larcomar Luxury Penthouse,” “Malecón Luxury Penthouse” and “El Golf los Inkas Luxury Penthouse,” you could be given up to two parking spaces, prior coordination and according to availability. ¡Please consult us!  The Reducto apartment building has common areas such as: bar area, grill, gym, swimming pool (The swimming pool and gym is a common area that is shared only with the authorized owners/tenants of the building, according to the schedule and permitted capacity. For the bar and grill area it is necessary to book prior consultation of availability and requirements). Ask for more details before making your apartment reservation!  We provide you with courtesy for your Check – in toilet paper in each bathroom, 2.5L bottle of water, shampoo sachet, hotel soap, liquid dishwashing soap, liquid detergent, garbage bags, tea/chamomile infusions /anise. ¡We hope it is of great help to you!  We offer complimentary weekly cleanings, for minimum reservations of 7 nights (the schedule of the day and the time range of the staff's arrival at the apartment will be previously informed to the main guest and will be according to the availability of the cleaning staff). If you want additional cleanings, the price per cleaning per day varies from USD 35 to USD 70. Payments are in cash dollars/sole after coordination. (ask us about the price)  Smoking is prohibited throughout the apartment, including the balcony and common areas. If we detect that they have smoked or if we receive complaints from neighbors that they have thrown cigarette butts out of the windows, a fine of US$500 will be applied.  MLA apartments doesn't have a luggage storage area. (there’s a possibility of leaving luggage in charge at the reception of one of our buildings near Larcomar, prior coordination). ¡Consult us!  No type of gathering is allowed (if this rule is not followed and if there are complaints from neighbors, they will be penalized and removed from the apartment without relocation or refund).  It is the guest's responsibility to take care of bedding, towels, furniture, artifacts and all objects in the apartment (avoid inappropriate use of bedding, towels, furniture, etc. If any blood stains, hair dyes are detected, colors, dyeing of colored clothing, mud, tempera, nail polish, urine, etc., replacement or washing will be charged). (See Penalty Schedule located behind the main door of the apartment).  Only guests registered in your reservation sleep in the apartment. It is not allowed to modify the original guest list and it is mandatory that the guest's identification document is current.  Subletting the apartment is prohibited.  To avoid inconvenience and for safety, it is advisable to keep money/valuables in the safe.  Strangers aren't allowed to enter the apartment. MLA apartments aren't responsible for theft or loss.  Please take special care and attention with children or minors in your group. The balconies, windows, screens don´t have protective meshes for children. ¡Thank you!  Pets prohibited.  Reservations are not accepted for groups of friends who want to celebrate bachelor parties, birthdays, or any other type of gathering; apartments are in multi-family buildings. ¡Thank you for helping us all stay calm and safe!  For some reservations, a contract signature and payment of a cash guarantee from US$150 to US$500 are required.
