Our brand new apartment is located in a cosy environment at 4 Korkia Street (entrance from Tamar the Quees Street) in the very center of Kutaisi city. There are 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, spacy living room with TV, kitchen, air-conditioning, heating and all necessary things that the guests might need. Our guests will feel a very comfortable atmosphere in our apartment which is located within a few minutes walking area from the main square, markets, restaurants, bars and bus stops. In our neighborhood our guests can find restaurants, bars, cafes, historical and romantic districts of the town, markets, green market, banks, ATMs, public bus stops within the 5-15 minutes walking area. Our apartment is located in a very cosy place just 20 metres from Queen Tamar street which is one of the main streets of the town. Parking is on site in an open space.
