Situated on the second floor, The Autumn's large windows flood the space with light and overlook a tree-lined street, giving it a feel of staying in the quaintest B&B. With a queen bed and walk-in shower, The Autumn is comfortable for two adults. A rollaway bed can be added to the room to accommodate parties of three. The full kitchen and dining area make it both cozy and versatile. We are not on-site 24/7 but are literally minutes away and can be reached by phone or text day or night. Our Studios are very private & quiet. If you need anything or would like advice on where to go, what to do, or places to see we are in the office most days at 11:00am -3:00 and would love to answer questions and/or visit with you. We want to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Right outside your door you’ll explore historic tree lined streets, delicious food, boutique shopping, cafes, breweries and authentic “FoCo”. Across from CSU, you’ll be safe and at home in the most historic neighborhood of Fort Collins. We have an excellent location with amazing walkability. As like most of Fort Collins our area is very safe, so walking night is never a problem. Bike paths are plentiful and you could tour the whole town on the bikes. Free bike rental is included with each stay (restrictions and rules apply). College Ave is at the center of Fort Collins and The Max (located 2 blocks on Mason St.) runs North/South along the main street. It will take you up and down the 1.0 mile stretch of shops, breweries and restaurants. If you have a car and want to head to the mountains, the foothills are just 15 minutes away, and the large ski resorts are approximately 1.30 hours away. Airport Shuttles will bring you here for about $40 one way. Super Shuttle or GreenRide. Uber is also available in the area. OLD TOWN NEIGHBORHOOD The truth is that not every neighborhood or street in Fort Collins is created equal. Don’t sacrifice peace of mind to stay “in” downtown. We’re easy walking distance to everything you’ll want to do but far enough that you can escape the noise and dangers of busy main-street life. 7. MANY HAVE BIKES...WE HAVE REALLY COOL BIKES We proudly boast a collection of nine vintage New Belgium Cruiser bikes which are available exclusively for our guests. With one per guest, you’ll find them a perfect way to explore Old Town and the nearby breweries; just notify us in advance if you wish to enjoy cruising and we’ll send you the 411! 8. WHAT WE’RE NOT If what you want is a 24/7 full-service hotel or generic Airbnb with all the advantages and disadvantages that they hold, that’s great! We are not typical, traditional, or ordinary. What we know for sure is that Remington Flats will be as memorable an experience as any part of your visit to Fort Collins, and a main reason for wanting to return again and again.
