The first floor has a kitchen, dining room, living room and a small bathroom. My home is pet friendly but do ask that you inform us if your pet will be accompanying you. It goes with out saying that we do expect you to clean up pet. We have maximized sleep capacity while maintaining ambiance by adding a queen size pull out sofa-bed in the living room. Both floors and all rooms are available to guests. Private areas are: Attic and enclosed side of the basement. Laundry is now available. The best way to reach us is through AirBnB. All messages are sent to 3 people to insure quick response. I live on the west coast and Michelle, my manager, lives near Boston. The property is located in a quiet suburb south of Boston. The building is a side by side duplex. Left side (facing house) occupied and the right side is this listing. We have a large driveway for parking several cars. There is a train and bus station about a one mile walk from the house. There is paid parking available at the station. The closest MBTA subway station is in Braintree, the next town over. For directions the destination is the Braintree Red Line station. The MBTA is a network of surface and subways light rail trains servicing the greater Boston area. There is a phone app available through your app store. Parking is available at the station. You haven't really been to Boston until you've ridden on the MBTA. Buses and subways are accessible all over the city. We supply bedding, towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash (please note due to covid the shampoo, conditioner and body wash are hotel style bottles)All sheets, pillow cases and towels are freshly washed before your arrival. We initially provide some basic foods to get you started such as eggs, bread, bottled water and snacks. There are pillows and blankets available in the downstairs closet for the pull out sofa-bed in the living room. There is a first aid kit on the top shelf of the right hand cabinet in the kitchen. There is a fire extinguisher in the corner cabinet when you enter the kitchen, one in the basement and one in the master bedroom closet. We do not enter the house during your stay without notice unless there is an emergency. Trash collection is on Friday morning. If there is a holiday during the week trash collection is Saturday. We recycle. The larger blue bin is for recycling of paper, glass, plastic or metals. Trash/garbage that does not fit in the smaller blue barrel does require using blue bags provided by the town. There is always a new bag in the waste basket in the kitchen when you arrive. A blue bag is also in the drawer by the garbage barrel for any trash that will not fit in the outside barrel, if you need more blue bags just let us know. On Friday place the trash and recycling near the street grass side of the driveway before 7AM or the night before. We do ask that when checking out please leave used towels in the bathtub/ shower and leave any used beds unmade. This will help us prepare for our next guests. It goes without saving that we do expect you to clean up any mess and set the home in order before leaving. We will vacuum, sweep and wash all floors, change the beds and towels and prepare the house for the next guests.
