Our listing is close to the 2nd tallest building in Hanoi City - Lotte Complex Centre, Daewoo hotel, many embassies like Japanese Embassy, Australian Embassy, Swedish Embassy etc... and very close to stunning West Lake, the most beautiful place and largest lake in Hanoi. Tiny&Tom Home Exploration: My house has 5 floors with 6 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and a half bathroom, the floor plan is as following: * 1st Floor : Private entrance + Motorbike/Bike parking area + Living room + Kitchen (the 1st Washing machine is under the stairs) + Half bath * 2nd Floor: Bedroom 201 + Bedroom 202 (shared bathroom 2) * 3rd Floor: Bedroom 301 + Bedroom 302 (shared bathroom 3) * 4th Floor: Bedroom 401 + Bedroom 402 (shared bathroom 4) * 5th Floor: Cafe Terrace + small kitchen area + washer and dryer + clothes hanging area. Guests have full access to every shared space of the house, including the parking area, living room, two kitchens, shared bathrooms, washers and dryer, the Café Terrace. Here is a more comprehensive list of amenities and features that will be available to you: 1. Bedrooms: Fresh and clean linens. Bed sheets will be changed for you if you stay long. 2. Bathroom: Fresh and clean towels, shampoo, body wash, toothpaste, new toothbrush, hair dryer in the plastic box of the bathroom. 3. Kitchen: There are cooking oil, a few sauce selections, salt, pepper, sugar available in the kitchen. If you want to cook a full meal, you may find more groceries at Vinmart, located in the front of the alley where the house is, about 10 steps! You can also use our pots and pans, cooking and eating utensils, bowls, plates and mugs. Please make sure you clean up after yourself, thank you! 4. Ironing: An iron and an ironing board are stored on the 4th floor, under the steel stairs to the rooftop. Please return them back to this spot when you are finished. 5. Laundry: The 1st washing machine is on the 1st floor, under the stairs. The 2nd washing machine is on the 5th floor and next to it, there is a dryer. If the dryer is in use, you can also hang your laundry in the open clothes hanging area, also on the 5th floor. 6. Café Terrace: This is a relax spot for everyone! Come up and enjoy coffee and tea for free! This is self-service, you will find a kettle, coffee, tea box, some cups and glasses in this area. Please don’t forget to clean up after yourself, thank you! You will find many roses in the Café Terrace. I love roses and plant many of them. You can sip your coffee or tea, watch the busy streets and enjoy the roses! 7. Others: Bluetooth Speaker is supplied if needed. We have SmartTV, you can watch Netflix if you would like. We are always available on WHATS APP/ZALO/VIBER/LINE/WE CHAT/ other apps and we live not so far from you! During the day when we are at work, you can always reach me online or by phone. In the evening when we are at home, we can help you anytime you need us (even midnight if urgent). Otherwise, we completely respect your privacy if that is your preference. We pride ourselves on offering you a warm and comfortable atmosphere. We want you to feel like you are at home and will do everything to make your stay enjoyable. As locals, we can give you information and recommendations for the best spots and attractions, not only in Hanoi but in Vietnam as well, things you may not find from the travel guides and magazines. These include travel destinations, best transportation options, street food spots, restaurants, bars, clubs, bike/motorbike rentals, sports, sailing and spa. 1. BEFORE ARRIVAL: We will communicate with you about all the details to help you check-in smoothly. 2. UPON ARRIVAL: We can arrange pick-up service with our familiar service company at Noibai international airport (competitive price guaranteed!) 3. DURING YOUR STAY: We respect your own space and privacy but are available anytime if you need help with anything. The house is located in an alley with 10 houses only. Adding to that, a police station is just 100m (320ft) away, on the opposite side of street. This is absolutely a safe, private area. No worry at all during your stay here. You might hear noises from the traffic sometimes but in general, our alley is very peaceful. A cozy house in the beautiful area of Hanoi, within 5-minute walking distance to Lotte Complex Center, Daewoo Hotel, Vinhomes Metropolis Complex, Thu Le National Zoo. The famous Old-Quarter, Vietnam Museum of Ethnology, Van Mieu Temple, Thang Long Old Citadel, Ba Dinh Square and Botanic Garden, West Lake are also not far from the house (less than 10-15 minutes by car or motorbike). + Please note that this is a private house, not a hotel. So please follow the instructions, clean up after yourself, and kindly respect our home. + Slippers, which you can easily find in the shoe cabinet should be used when you are in the house, barefoot is not recommended.
