Atelier Boheme is the stylish studio on the upper floor of Villa Boheme. Totally private with its own access from the street and its own front door. Ideal for a couple or a small group of friends. Bedroom behind curtains, arabesque styled bathroom, and your own kitchenette in the living space with a sofa. The roof terrace is wind protected and a perfect spot all year round. It is located in a quiet area just 3 minutes walking distance from the famous "Lighthouse" dive site and the beach. Atelier Boheme sleeps up to three on 45 m2. The cozy bedroom with 2 single beds (can be united) is behind a large curtain. Built-in closets give you a lot of storage space for clothing or other personal items. In case you come with a baby we have a cot for you upon request. The open plan living space has big windows that let in lots of natural sunlight. The space includes a fully equipped kitchen, a cooling water dispenser, and it opens out onto the shaded sitting area on the 10 m2 terrace, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee and a great book. Wind protected with a mountain and sea-view, its a perfect spot all year around. The tones and materials used inside the building resonate harmoniously with an oriental bohemian style. The architecture and design of the Atelier is unlike anything you will find in Dahab. Air conditioning and fans help to cool down the place as well as the many windows which allow the wind to go through. This makes the intense Egyptian heat barely noticeable and tones it down to a comfortable warm temperature even if you just have the windows open. It's easy to adjust the room to any desired temperature. The bathroom has a shower cabin and is entirely decorated in blue oriental tiles and a large mirror below the copper sink on the counter. Towels are provided. Kitchen & Bed linen is provided along with high-speed WIFI internet free of charge. The apartment is three minutes walking distance to the lighthouse where you have supermarkets, pharmacy, fruit and vegetable markets, a German bakery and many restaurants at the beach. The closest store is only a minute away. Dahab is a wind and kite-surfers hotspot and suitable for snorkeling and diving. The Lighthouse is a famous spot for freediving and diving. and from the house, you have a 2-minute walk to Free Dive Dahab and a 3 minute one to the other Diving Centers. We are very environmentally aware and so we provide free drinking water as well as toxic free cleaning with essential oils. Please bring refillable drinking bottles and beach towels. Please throw organic waste on the streets for the passing goats. Please use our cotton shopping bags to reduce plastic waste when going to the market. It is in a very quiet little alley behind El Fanar (Lighthouse) Street, 2 minutes from the beach, the restaurants, shops and dive centers of the Masbat Bay. The location provides you with privacy while still being located in the town's center. Our Atelier is located in an alley without a name. Meeting point is Alf Leila Hotel corner Peace Rd and El Fanar street. And that location is called the lighthouse in Masbat. La Boheme offers you a personal experience with a local Bedouin (a friend for 20 years), who can be your private Taxi driver in Dahab. He can also organize private camel safaris and is an excellent guide. Mixed Egyptian groups need to have marriage papers which we have to show the police too. This is NOT required for other nationalities!
