The property comprises 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, a beautifully decorated living room, and a fully equipped kitchen. Essentials, linens, towels, and WiFi are provided, and there’s plenty of space for up to 2 guests. Spaces London is home of the famous Big Ben, world-renowned literature, and the backdrop for the most perfect selfies! If you have never been to London, catch the next flight to the British capital and get ready for an unforgettable English adventure! ALTIDO has the perfect fit for you. This stylishly decorated flat has all the necessary amenities to ensure maximum comfort throughout your stay. It will suit ideally a couple, solo, or business traveller. LIVING ROOM, DINING & KITCHEN: The sunlight pours in through the two giant windows, making the living room’s atmosphere warm and inviting. The modern look is gorgeously combined with clean-lined decor, so this will be your favourite place to get a break. You will find a comfy sofa, a cosy armchair, and a coffee table. If you don’t have plans for the night, the flat-screen TV with satellite channels will keep you entertained. The modern and fully equipped kitchen has all the necessary equipment, including a Nespresso machine, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, oven, induction hob, cooking basics, and silverware. Please note that there is no dining table available. However, there is a cosy kitchen counter with one bar stool where you can enjoy a meal. BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS: The charming bedroom is fitted with a double bed, a full-length mirror, and a fitted wardrobe where you can store your luggage conveniently. The bathroom is complete with a bathtub and a shower. Laundry and Extra Appliances The property is also equipped with an iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, and washing machine for your convenience. This home is managed by ALTIDO. We are proud to host our guests in a wide selection of top-quality properties across Europe. ALTIDO is pleased to offer hotel-standard hospitality services and provide hotel-quality linens, towels, bathroom essentials, and professional cleaning services. Access Guests will have access to the entire apartment. A few cupboards will be locked and off-limits to guests. The property is on the second floor, and no lift is available. There are two flights of stairs to the property, and one flight within the flat. Check-in Information: An ALTIDO employee will welcome you to the property, give a tour, and provide keys. Late Check-in Fees (Due in cash upon arrival) 9 PM to 12 AM: £20 After 12 AM: £40 In addition, a £20 fee will be due if you arrive 2 hours after the agreed check-in time. Interactions ALTIDO will be in touch to assist you with airport transfers and in-stay services, such as in-stay cleans, linen changes, and childcare equipment. For picturesque views of the city, we recommend climbing Primrose Hill. Then stop by Camden, where you will find even more restaurants, pubs and bars, and you're also ideally situated to visit London Zoo in Regent's Park. House Rules: We want you to have a fantastic stay, so encourage you to see the space as a home away from home - treating it as though it is yours! There are, of course, a few things we politely ask guests to note before their arrival and throughout their stay: - Strictly no smoking, no parties, no pets - No candles - Dispose of rubbish appropriately - Keep the property clean and tidy - Whilst washing up and stripping the beds at check out would be appreciated, it is by no means expected - Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM. Please keep the noise down and respect other neighbours in the building - Please remember to close all windows and doors when leaving the space - Careful attention to the keys is extremely important. Guests are responsible for any additional costs resulting from misplaced keys or locksmith call-outs. - To ensure the safety of our current and future guests, we ask all guests to complete our online check-in form and to provide a valid form of identification. - Ensure the heating is maintained at an appropriate temperature throughout the stay. If the heating is excessive, i.e. over £100 per month, you will be expected to cover this cost ***Check-out is fixed at 10am due to our housekeepers needing access after this time but if you would like to leave your packed luggage in the property before your next transit, we will do our best to accommodate this (subject to availability.) This is a really popular property so we often have guests checking in on the same day as you depart but we may be able to accommodate a late checkout. Please check with us so that we can confirm this with you in advance. A late checkout until 3pm is charged at a rate of £35. Anytime after that you will be required to purchase an extra nights stay.
