The modern and fully equipped kitchen has all the necessary equipment, including a Nespresso machine, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, oven, induction hob, cooking basics, and silverware. Please note that there is no dining table available. However, there is a cosy kitchen counter with one bar stool where you can enjoy a meal. BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS: The charming bedroom is fitted with a double bed, a full-length mirror, and a fitted wardrobe where you can store your luggage conveniently. There are, of course, a few things we politely ask guests to note before their arrival and throughout their stay: - Strictly no smoking, no parties, no pets - No candles - Dispose of rubbish appropriately - Keep the property clean and tidy - Whilst washing up and stripping the beds at check out would be appreciated, it is by no means expected - Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM. Please keep the noise down and respect other neighbours in the building - Please remember to close all windows and doors when leaving the space - Careful attention to the keys is extremely important. Guests are responsible for any additional costs resulting from misplaced keys or locksmith call-outs. - To ensure the safety of our current and future guests, we ask all guests to complete our online check-in form and to provide a valid form of identification. - Ensure the heating is maintained at an appropriate temperature throughout the stay. If the heating is excessive, i.e. over £100 per month, you will be expected to cover this cost ***Check-out is fixed at 10am due to our housekeepers needing access after this time but if you would like to leave your packed luggage in the property before your next transit, we will do our best to accommodate this (subject to availability.) This is a really popular property so we often have guests checking in on the same day as you depart but we may be able to accommodate a late checkout. Please check with us so that we can confirm this with you in advance. A late checkout until 3pm is charged at a rate of £35. Anytime after that you will be required to purchase an extra nights stay.
