Lakeview Retreat is a charming and serene 2 bed, 2 bath log cabin built into the side of Ripshin Mountain in the Aska Adventure Area. It's perfect for romance or reconnecting with friends, with an upscale design to comfort you in every way. Each floor has a bed & bath for extra privacy. The loft area offers 2 separate day beds, which sleeps 4, pool table and TV. Outdoor adventures await-hiking, boating, fishing, Lake Blue Ridge, & the Taccoa river. Pets welcomed with approval and $100 pet fee. Lakeview Retreat has a fully stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs and includes many extra appliances of home such as an air fryer, waffle maker, and crock pot. It also has a grill and firepit including all utensils for grilling and roasting marshmallows. Beach towels included for any water activities. Each bedroom includes a Smart T.V, high speed Wi-Fi, and USB charging stations. Also includes Pack & Play, highchair, and dog crate. For fun in the cabin, you can play pool, arcade games, corn hole, board games, or hit the hiking trails just steps out of the cabin door into the National Forest. Guests will be able to access every room in the entire property accept the owner's closet on the first floor and second floor. It is 13 minutes to downtown and Lake Blue Ridge, where outstanding dining, shopping, and the home of the Blue Ridge Scenic Railway awaits. It's 11 minutes to the Adventure Area and Toccoa River where there are plenty of options for adventure including tubing, hiking, white water rafting, orchards, boating, fishing, mining, vineyards and even helicopter tours. There is something for everyone! The cabin is located at the very top of the mountain and is the second to last home. It has ample parking for three vehicles including an electric vehicle charging station. The road is slightly bumpy and can be steep at certain sections. It will be worth the voyage once you get to the cabin and see those views! **Pets are allowed with a non-refundable fee of $100. All pets MUST be approved prior to booking. Cats will NOT be host under any circumstances.
