Perfect for your large group, our 4 bedroom home has stylish furniture with plenty of seating and space, a full kitchen with wine fridge and coffee bar, 55” TV, board games and puzzles, GE washer/dryer, and a brand new patio with XL grill, large dining table, fire pit, egg chair, and beautiful landscaping. And for the beach, we also provide beach chairs, games, toys and more! The home has a spacious, open concept downstairs with a kitchen, dining area, and living room with a half bath. In the fenced backyard, there is a beautiful new patio, perfect for relaxing, working, grilling, or dining outdoors. Upstairs, there are two full bathrooms, a large master bedroom and three additional bedrooms. Upstairs, the master bedroom has a king bed, large Roku TV, a closet and dresser, and a full bathroom with dual vanity and bidet. Down the hallway, the three additional bedrooms have queen beds, each with their own desks and closets. These three bedrooms share a full bathroom at the end of the hall. Additionally, at the top of the stairs on the left, you can find a GE washer and dryer in the main hallway for guests to share as well. The fully stocked kitchen has new stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and appliances such as a kitchenaid, air fryer, blender, and more, perfect for cooking anything from a small meal to hosting a large dinner party. Next to the kitchen is the wine fridge and coffee bar which hold a Keurig, a Chemex, a French press, a stovetop gooseneck kettle, and a coffee grinder with plenty of both coffee and tea options. The indoor dining table can comfortably fit 6-8. The living room has plenty of seating with two couches and two armchairs. There is a 55" Roku TV under which you'll also find a vast selection of board games, puzzles, and movies. In the corner bar cart, you'll also find a record player, bluetooth speakers, and cocktail tools for guests to use. Our favorite part of the house, the back patio is beautifully landscaped with string lights above, and is perfect for relaxing, working, grilling, or dining outdoors! There is a large grill and kit with any grilling tools you may need, a fire pit with wood ready to go, an egg chair, and a large dining table that can comfortably sit 8-10 people. Guests have access to the whole house, excluding the garage. When we aren't living here, we love hosting guests in our home! If we're available during check-in we love giving guests a quick tour and handing over the keys personally. Otherwise, checking in remotely is simple and easy! Colten and I (Shrinka) want to make sure everything is smooth during your stay so one of us will always be a quick chat or call away if you have any questions during your stay. Outside, the driveway can hold two cars comfortably. Additional parking is street parking.
