It has been upgraded throughout with island-inspired art and furnishings. World-class golf at two courses Frances H Brown, home of a former Skins tournament. The whole 1900 sq. ft townhouse is available for our guests and is not a shared space. The pool, hot tub and gym are shared with the Fairways at Mauna Lani complex. The Mauna Lani resort area has a private Beach Club a few minute drive from our townhouse that you will have access to during your stay. We are available via phone/text/email. If there are any issues, we would like to be notified asap. Our on-island concierge is available should the need arise. For longer-term rentals please contact us directly. Our location has been important to us as we are a 5 minute walk to the Fairmont Orchid hotel, and surrounded by excellent places to walk and bike. The two best beaches on the Big Island are within a very short drive from our residence. We enjoy excellent dining nearby at Tommy Bahama's and the Canoe House. We enjoy going for long walks first thing the mornings along the beaches and through the petroglyph parks, we have a map of the walking routes in our welcome binder. There is a full service grocery store called Foodland within a 2 minute drive as well. Foodland also offers online order/delivery of food to our residence. We have a robust internet connection so guests are able to adequately run Zoom and Microsoft Teams calls and for guests with children attending remote learning. The minimum speed is 25mbps.
