There is a shared unheated pool with shade throughout the day, outside seating and a BBQ for all complex guests to use. Onsite parking included with 3 carports (2 cars per bay), close to many great restaurants and less than 10 minutes to Windsor Launch ramp or the London bridge. Owner lives in town if there is any kind of emergency that needs attention. The complex is gated and each unit door is locked with a touch pad with a unique code for access. There are exterior security cameras and is gated to the pool area. Check-in instructions are provided 24-48 hours prior to your arrival. You have full access to the entire space, sharing the pool, the BBQ, and the outside lounge areas with other guests. The primary owner lives in town and is available to make suggestions or issues arise during your stay. A vehicle is recommended.
