It is a 25.2 sqm studio unit on the 18th floor of the 22-storey Avenir Condominium along Archbishop Reyes Ave. in cebu city. With a panoramic view of the city, you can snuggle and cozy up while enjoying your favorite Netflix shows in the customized memory foam queen bed perched in the unique elevated platform. Brand new furnitures were carefully chosen for guest's convenience, where you can work and relax at the same time. It has high-speed internet, smart TV with Netflix, hot & cold shower and basic kitchen equipment. The unit can accommodate up to 4 persons. 2 adults and 2 kids ( provided that 1 child sleeps with parents) or 3 adults and 1 child ( provided that child sleeps with parents) We have a queen bed and a single pull out bed underneath the raised bed. Guests are provided with 2 elevator/ lift access cards upon check in at the reception and Please leave your ID . These cards must be returned back to the reception upon check out. Lost cards will cost $10 USD Check in hassle free with the keyless digital door lock. A 1 time code will be given upon confirmation of check in and can be used during your stay only. It is a vibrant lifestyle destination with a wide selection of 24/7 dining and leisure facilities. -A short walk away (10 minutes) or 3 minutes drive or by taxi is Ayala Center Cebu Mall - it offers a very wide variety of retail, dining, wellness and entertainment options and leads seamlessly to The Terraces, a multi-level dining enclave with a beautifully landscaped park, stunning greenery, and water features. -Sugbo Mercado at Ayala Business Park grounds is also now open. Open from 5 pm til 1 am. - another 10 minutes drive from the unit is SM City Cebu-it is one of the biggest shopping malls in the Philippines - 20 minutes drive as well to SM Seaside - another gigantic shopping and dining destination that is also currently one of the largest in the world - Mactan Cebu International Airport is the nearest airport, it is 13 km away and around 30 minutes drive depending on traffic - 20 minutes from the city’s main sea port if you want to travel across the nearest islands like Bohol or Dumaguete The property is very accessible to all types of transportation- either by car, taxi, Grab, or for those who are adventurous- you can try the jeepneys. All these are literally outside your doorstep once you step out of the lobby. Upon confirmation of booking, guests need to provide a copy of passport or any government-issued ID for building security requirement. Check-in is anytime after 3:00PM. Check-out is strictly by 12:00AM. Early or late check in or check out must be pre-arranged as this depends on availability and may involve extra fees. Luggage drop off is not allowed for early arrival or late departure. The lobby guards are not allowed to safekeep any belongings as a building policy for safety and security. Please maintain a clean and tidy place during your stay. Mid-stay cleans or daily housekeeping is not included in the quoted rental rate.
