Nice kitchen, living room with large screen Smart TV, queen bed, and a full bath. Walk to local coffee shops, bakeries, restaurants, and more! Very family friendly and safe. This 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom unit sits above the garage of our historic Fairmount Blvd mansion. This is the perfect set up for one to two people. It's about half a mile from the Cedar/Fairmount dining district where you'll find local favorites like Zhug, The Fairmount Wine Bar, Luna Bakery, and Barrio Tacos. Cleveland Clinic, University Hospitals, and Case Western Reserve University are a few miles away. The unit has its own private entrance with a keyless entry. The living room has a couch, a wing-back chair, and a Smart TV with access to Netflix, Hulu, HBO, and more.  The kitchen is fully stocked with a gas stove/oven, a fridge, cookware, coffee maker, and microwave. NOTE: No dishwasher provided.  There is a queen bed and a full bathroom. The bedroom and living room are carpeted.  Guests may use the garage. No more than 2 cars allowed. Washing machine and dryer are free to use located near the unit entrance.  You're just a short drive to grocery stores, Whole Foods, the Cedar Lee Independent movie theater, Cleveland Heights Public Library, Little Italy, Coventry main street filled with restaurants and shopping, great Cleveland Heights breweries, Starbucks, Target, and Walmart. Guests are ONLY allowed to use the carriage house. They are not allowed to use the main house (we call it our Fairmount Blvd mansion). Please be aware that your unit is located ABOVE the garage of the mansion. The garage is shared with mansion guests, but you'll have access to one side of the garage. We allow up to 2 cars for this unit. Washer/dryer located near the side door entrance of the carriage house. Pets are permitted. PLEASE ALERT ME BEFOREHAND IF YOU ARE BRINGING PETS! We expect guests to clean up after them. Any outside droppings must be put in the garbage. Kitty litter boxes must be kept clean and disposed of on checkout. Please leave the house in the same condition that it was received when you checked in. There is a security camera facing towards the main house. There are no cameras inside this unit. Guests will use the private driveway to enter the unit. IMPORTANT =>>> In this area of Cleveland Heights, it's common to see deer, chipmunks, squirrels, and small mice around the neighborhood. Rest assured we do a VERY thorough cleaning before each guest arrives and take all precautions to ensure that pests do not enter the house. In the RARE EVENT that you happen to see a mouse inside the house, PLEASE ALERT LINDSEY RIGHT AWAY AND WE WILL TAKE CARE OF THE PROBLEM.
