The property is a split 3 Bedroom 2 Bathroom.Plenty of inside and outside space.Nice outside deck with fenced in back yard for privacy.All bed rooms,living room and back porch have TV,s.Memory foam mattresses on all beds.Very comfortable furniture.I do offer a playpen for the little ones it has a mattress so it will be comfortable.You must let me know in advance if you need the playpen. You will have access to the entire house including laundry room.Garage is not available. I will be available until 8:30pm, however I will get in touch with you in the morning Family oriented and very quiet friendly neighborhood Walking by car and we have provided 2 adult Bikes. Please do not sleep on top of decorative comforters and pillow shams.I provide plenty of blankets and pillows.I provide a cooler and beach bags for your convince.Please use as needed but leave for the next guest.
