Sunset View House
Unobstructed waterfront views of Biddeford Pool and amazing sunsets. Directly across the street from the public beach with bathrooms and showers. A short walk to the Biddeford Pool village where you will find a gift shop, grocery store, restaurant and post office. Take long walks on the beach or hop on the bikes and explore the area. In the evening, have lobster on the deck with a cocktail and watch the beautiful sunsets. Great bird watching spot. Our house is a 3 bedroom A frame with kitchen, living room, bathroom and 1 bedroom with queen bed on the first floor. Two more bedrooms upstairs, master bedroom has a queen bed. The other bedroom has 2 twins. Large deck outside with table and chairs to enjoy your meals. We also have beach chairs and boogie boards for you to use as well as a collection of games for rainy days. Plenty of parking onsite and save the $40 a day beach parking fee by walking across the street from the Sunset View House The whole property We will be available by email or phone during your stay. Biddeford Pool is a quiet small town in coastal southern Maine. It's a great place for parents & kids, with its beautiful clean beaches, nature walks, Audubon preserve, or just exploring the main coast. There is great kayaking, sailing & fishing in the "pool" or in the ocean. If you are looking for shopping , good restaurants or night life, they can be found in Kennebunkport, Freeport, Old Orchard Beach with its amusement park & the Old Port area of Portland, with many restaurants & attractions are all within 10-20 miles. The village in Biddeford Pool is a short walk with a grocery store/ restaurant, library & post office. The beach is directly across the street. Amazing bird watching area. Our house abuts the Racheal Carson Preserve. Good fishing off the beach across the street.
