Our remodeled, Waimea dry-side studio apartment has a private entrance and parking spot. It's a short walk to stores, restaurants, coffee and Waimea Park. The famous Parker School Saturday morning Farmers Market is just down the street. Waimea town is at an elevation of 2600 feet above sea level. It has mild, year-round weather which is usually sunny with cool mornings and nights and occasional showers. Our Studio Apartment is one large bedroom with a small bathroom. Very private large bedroom with a California King bed and a small bathroom with a shower. Studio A has a refrigerator with an ice maker, microwave oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, coffee grinder, tea kettle, induction hot plate, a small counter height bar table with three bar stools and two chairs. Studio A has free WIFI!. Studio A has a private entrance near the street. Property has two other rental spaces with long and short term tenants. Please text or call your host if you have questions or concerns and do not disturb neighbors or other people on the property. We are close by if you need us and are happy to answer questions, otherwise, we leave our guests alone to ENJOY :) Our rental is located in a residential neighborhood adjacent to the very popular Waimea Park. Waimea Skatepark, Tennis courts, basketball and other activities are found in Waimea Park. Studio A is walking distance (5 to 10 minutes) to stores, restaurants and the famous Saturday Waimea farmers market. Waimea Town Market at Parker School is Saturday 7:30 am to noon. Neighborhood is safe and quiet. Please no large groups, parties, extra guests or events at this rental. There is a dedicated parking spot right in front of the studio. Waimea is a small town on the Big Island of Hawaii. Waimea town sits at an average of 2600 ft elevation so you can expect cool mornings and warm days. Sandy beaches with snorkeling and ocean activities are about 15 miles away. Studio A is for one or two guests only. Please note that the Studio A Apartment shares a wall with another rental we have on the property. You may hear other guests in the adjacent room. Quiet hours are 10 pm to 7 am. No smoking or vaping on the property. Our rental is in a residential neighborhood so please no parties, events, extra guests or visitors. Please, turn off outside lights and keep noise to a minimum at all times. Please be aware that most guests and neighbors sleep with windows open, so please close windows and doors or use headphones for video or music during quiet hours. We appreciate your consideration.
