We are on a Peaceful Cul-de-Sac home that sits in a private country setting on Hunter Lake. Minutes away from State Park, Springs Restaurants, shops, library, entertainment, schools, and hospitals, Parks & lots more. All about 10-25 minutes away! This is a Private Bedroom with a Private entrance. The suit is attached to the back of our home. This quiet and calm Suit will give you instant relaxation. In it, you will find everything you need for a convenient stay. A comfortable Pillow top king-size bed with overhead TV with a huge selection of movies paired with Spectrum Cable and Netflix. You will have a futon sofa with a convenient cup holder /armrest, Vaulted High ceilings, a remotely controlled overhead fan, and a light dimmer. The Crisp clean Modern Decor indoors is enhanced by the breakfast bar for three at a picture window and a view of Lilypads and wildlife. There is a crisp clean mini fridge with a variety of snacks, drinks, and Keurig coffee. Everything needed for your comfort: disposable plates, plastic cups, foam cups, and plasticware. Spa-like Shower Room with mood lighting best observed while soaking in the Jet spa bathtub or under the large rain-style shower head. As a courtesy, we offer basic starter supplies and toiletries such as toilet paper (3), shampoo, conditioner, Body wash, 2 Body towels, 2 hand towels, 2 wash towels, 1 make-up removal face towel, hand soap, lotion, Hair dryer, cleaning supplies for an emergency :) ** This wet shower /Jacuzzi Bathroom is designed for the use of one fixture at a time (Rain shower or Jacuzzi bath), ** **Please do not turn the jacuzzi on while the rain shower is on as it will decrease the hot water temperature and water pressure will drop. ** Our Water Heater is a bit far from the bathroom,please give it a couple of minutes to heat, (In the colder months it may take longer ) You are welcome to relax in the yard which is equipped with a bistro table for 2 or the patio area equipped with a seating area for 4. You will have access to the left side of our driveway, Take the path to the left past the shed and past the blue gazebo (not any of the doors on the side) Your door is towards the back of the home Facing the backyard. Continue to follow the white path. Your door is to the right:) ** Please do not trespass to our neighbor's yard. My Goal is that you have a pleasant stay. Water front home located on a cul-de-sac with Beautiful scenic Lake canal view and wonderful Sunsets and sunrises 🌅 When you arrive, please park on the left side of the Driveway on front of the orange cone (It's a shared Driveway, my other guests park on the right side). Your door is to the right:) This Room has its own Private entrance & is attached to our home. No shared space & double insulated but its still possible that you may hear some muffled noise from other people in the house. We respect your privacy, and we ask everyone to be considerate. Please No smoking in any of our rooms. We will charge a $200 plus you may fee to do a deep clean (see home rules) *Besides the guests booked we do not allow any other visitors, no sleep overs, no Parties, No Gatherings of any kind(see house rules and fees per management)!
