We want to welcome you to our property in which much love and dedication has been placed to create the perfect atmosphere for our guests. Every art piece and every living space has been curated to provide a unique vacation stay. Venus Penthouse has 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a full kitchen, and a private rooftop terrace. Our penthouse has a panoramic view of the Caribbean Sea, the Punta Tuna Nature Reserve and Lighthouse, Vieques Island and the coast of southeast Puerto Rico. As guests you have private access to our rooftop terrace which has a gas BBQ, a picnic table, an outdoor patio set, a swing made from natural caoba tree slab, sundeck chairs, and a custom-built 8ft x 8ft canopy sunbed. In summary, our terrace is the perfect place for a nice family and friends rooftop picnic. Admire the view of the majestic Punta Tuna lighthouse, spot the whales jumping, watch the boats sail by, or glance at Vieques Island from our terrace. At night, Venus comes alive and the rooftop terrace becomes the dream spot for passionate sky and moon gazers. Quiet gated resort-style community with 24/7 security located right next to the Punta Tuna Natural Reserve. 2 privately assigned parking spaces. Location is within 5 mins walking distance to the Punta Tuna Nature Reserve beach. 5 minutes from the Maunabo tunnel and a less than 10 minute drive to the Maunabo City Center which has supermarkets, restaurants, gas stations, and other convenience stores. 30 minute drive will take you to Palmas del Mar complex which has restaurants, bars, a marina, and a golf course. A little bit after passing Palmas de Mar is Plaza Palma Real which is a shopping mall with many of the most known chain restaurants and stores. It is also within 30 min drives to many surfing beaches, amazing rivers, waterfalls, and jungles. From the airport, our property is an approximately 1.5 hr drive. Car is necessary to get around. An Uber could bring you to the apartment, but once here there is no Uber service. You can rent a car with your favorite provider, we have 2 privately assigned parking spots right out front. The apartment's amazing view is because it's located at the penthouse of the walk-up apartment complex. There are no elevators, so walking up 3 flights of stairs is necessary.
