The Fairways at Mauna Lani are luxury condos in a private gated development with over 20 acres of spectacular grounds. Guests of the Fairways delight in the lush tropical landscaping and community atmosphere of this great vacation property. All guests who stay at the Fairways at Mauna Lani will have access to use the communal pool, hot tub and fitness room. Parking for one vehicle, per unit is provided. The Fairways at Mauna Lani is a non-smoking property. As a guest staying in the Mauna Lani Resort, you will also have access to use the following facilities on the resort: the Mauna Lani Beach Club (including chairs), Mauna Lani Sports & Fitness Club, Mauna Lani Tennis Shop and the Mauna Lani Golf Club (North & South Golf Course). Access fees to use these facilities are due at point of sale. Our resort office is located at the Mauna Lani Terrace and is open daily from 9:00am - 5:00pm for guests who need assistance, have questions or would like recommendations for activities, beaches, restaurants, services, etc. We are also available after-hours to assist in case of a property-related emergency. A car rental is HIGHLY recommended, public transportation & taxi service is limited. The State of Hawaii requires that we collect 17.962% tax on the rent and additional fees. Tax rates are based on the dates of your stay and guests are responsible to pay all applicable taxes levied by the local authorities should there be a change.
