The house is less a mile away from the Cannonsville Reservoir and surrounded by plenty of state land, ski mountains, and world-class trout fishing. Make yourself at home with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a back patio, and a screened front porch. Feel free to use the projector and screen to unwind at the end of the day. Inside you’ll find 2 bedrooms with luxury mattresses, a full bathroom with tub, a dedicated office, well-stocked kitchen, and living room with a fireplace, projector screen and sound bar, and games and puzzles. Seating is also available on the back porch and screened front porch to enjoy the peaceful views. Central heat and each bedroom fit with AC window units when cold weather stops. Please be mindful that it may take a bit for rooms to cool down when first arriving. Outdoor fire pit available for use unless seasonal fire ban is in place. There is central heat but not air. 2 window AC units are installed after winter upstairs. There is outdoor security including an outside facing camera by the front porch.
