Modern and fresh, this home is situated on a private 4 acre estate in the town of Oracabessa on the beautiful north coast of Jamaica. You will have convenient access to all the tourist attractions on the north coast including the famous Dunn's River Falls, Mystic Mountain, the Blue Hole and Turtle River Park. Steps lead to concrete pier with access to a shallow cove ideal for swimming and snorkeling. The design of the home optimizes the space so you will have ample room for cooking, dining and relaxing. A 20 foot vaulted ceiling creates a spacious feel and, with the addition of a ceiling fan, produces a comfortable abode that makes the available air conditioning unit necessary only in extreme conditions. The 3 piece bathroom features a spacious stand up shower. Guests on longer stays may find the included washing machine convenient. Drying is done on a drying rack just outside the rear door. Pearl's Round House is nestled among a group of several villas on a 4 acre waterfront lot. The house is entirely for the enjoyment of guests while the private pier on a gorgeous turquoise cove is just a few steps away and is reserved for our guests. Myself or my property manager will be available on short notice. Prior to arrival and with a minimum of two days notice, guest can send a shopping list of food and beverages they would like purchased ahead of their arrival. On arrival guests would then be presented with an itemized receipt of goods purchased to stock the pantry and fridge and will be required to reimburse this cost at that time. The cost for this shopping service is $25 USD. We aim to make your stay as hassle free as possible. Pearl's Round House is located in the quaint town of Oracabessa. This is the town where Ian Flemming, lived for six months each year while he wrote the James Bond novels. The town has been featured in several James Bond films most notably Dr. No and No Time to Die. Welcome and relax in laid back rural Jamaica. The town centre is a 15 minute walk away and features some local restaurants as well as a couple of small supermarkets where guests can shop for the basics. For guests without a car, we can provide information on several local tour companies who will have several options for daily or weekly rental of air conditioned tour van with driver. For the convenience of guests we will endeavor to stock the refrigerator and pantry with a limited amount of groceries and beverages ahead of arrival upon request. This would alleviate the need to go shopping immediately on arrival. The cost for this service is $25 USD plus the cost of the groceries and would be reimbursed on arrival. Several small supermarkets are available in the town of Oracabessa which is a 15 minute walk from our location while several large fully equipped supermarkets are located in the town of Ocho Rios which is a 20 min car ride to the west of our location.
