Welcome to our adobe sanctuary, where you can sit outside and enjoy the beautiful views, wildlife and other surroundings; or you can cozy up inside and relax as you enjoy this charming historic home. Built in 1929, this house has the charm and architecture of an older home, but also has many modern renovations and amenities. This is a perfect place to unwind, or to use as your home-base, as you explore all the fun and exciting recreational opportunities that this area has to offer. The front and back yard are both mostly lawn and gravel, with a large tree that provides plenty of shade in the summer. The house itself has exterior and interior walls that are close to one foot thick. Due to this feature, this house stays warm in the winter and cool in the summer. The walls also act as an extreme sound barrier. The south living area lets in lots of sunlight in the winter for those who enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning mixed with an amazing sunrise. This house sits on 1.51 acres of land which is mostly available to any of our guests for whatever your stay requires. Your hosts are Aaron & Sharla.
