Fenced private garden aerea We have a generator on the property so you won't have to suffer for power cuts and the loss of electricity, water and internet I give my guests space but am available when needed as said above i am a very private person ,still my house is on the same land just below so I am available for any quest or any help between 8/9 am and 5/6 pm,I wont be there everyday bothering you and check in on you but if you need my assistance i'm there and i am always happy to know new interesting people We are situated, on the hill just on the back of the little village of Johnsons Point,the place is very safe ,probably thanx to the nearby police station (visible from the villa)i leave and sleep with my house completely opened since 5 years and i never had to regret. it's a peaceful beach side village ,you can access several beaches even by feet ,restaurants at !0 min walk,so we have a breathtaking view of the ocean and still the hill behind our back since 5 years I 'm planting this land with all kind of beautiful medicinal trees and plants ,so it's slowly becoming the garden of eden i always love create We even have a clinic in the village and a bar with pool the marina and gated community of Jolly Harbour is at 10 minutes car and you can find everything there getting around the village is basic ,only consider the roads in Antigua can be quite challenging,specially for people that are not used to drive offroad The villa is situated on the bottom of a hill so the road to access is a bit steep to access the parking directly in front of the villa (soon there will be a new one ) So the best is to have a four wheel drive or at least a jeep or high transport to avoid destroying the underneat of the car The apartment has a free cleaning service after 8 days, during the 2h cleaning bed linen and towels will be replaced and you will be able to have your laundry done too
