Want tranquility and peace? This is it! The only traffic you will hear will be boats. Ceiba Tree Casitas is located seafront in the community of Punta Blanca. This newly built home has everything you need for an amazing escape including kayaks, snorkel gear, large deck, outdoor shower & the reef just a 5-10 minute paddle out the front door! This fully furnished home is perfect for a couple or small family up to 4. We do not allow stays over 28 days. The casita has a fully equipped kitchen, instant hot water, WIFI & cable TV on a smart TV in the living room. The bedroom has a queen bed, private access to the deck and individual AC. The large bathroom has double sinks and a large shower. There is a sofa bed located in the living room that has bedding stored in it and sleeps 2 people. The living room has an AC unit as well. Unlike many rentals on the island electricity is included at no extra fee! PLEASE do not leave AC units running when not in the home or 24/7. Electricity is very expensive on the island. You will have access to the laundry room located under the casita as well as other guests that may be staying in casita #1. All guests have access to the kayaks, outdoor shower and other amenities located on the property. We generally are not available in person but very responsive to messages and have a local team helping with needs that may arise. Located at the end of a road in the expat community of Punta Blanca on a 3/4 acres lot with the sea as your front yard. This lot currently has 2 casitas which both are short term rentals when we are not there. We recommend that you rent a car due to it being more secluded. The casitas are only a few minutes drive to Paya Bay, Camp Bay, Punta Gorda and many other amazing places.
