The famous Bonzai Rock Skatepark of North Shore is right across the street. Enjoy nearby tennis, basketball and hiking. Turtle Bay resort is just a few minutes down the road where you will find World Class Golf, beaches and restaurants all for your enjoyment. Shark's Cove is minutes away and perfect for snorkeling. We are located on a tiny one way street between the ocean and our main road of Kamehameha Highway. Your just steps to the beautiful white sand beaches and amazing blue waters. Visit us in the Winter months and view some of the world famous surfing right outside your door or summer time the beaches are the best in the world for snorkeling, diving, paddle board, kayaking or just lying around working on your tan. There is NO Smoking of anything, NO Vapor, Cigarettes, Cigars, Marijuana, etc., allowed in the home or on the decks. You may NOT smoke in the home, backyard, or anywhere on the premises. If this rule is violated there will be a $500 fine and an additional cleaning fee to cover the cost of removing the smell. There are NO parties allowed. If you have a party there will be a $500 fine. There are no charging of electric vehicles on the property. We are not set up for this and do not want damage to our electrical system. Any violation will result in a $2000 fine plus any additional charges to repair the electrical damages. Bicycles NOT allowed inside the unit. Guests acknowledge in advance that they will be responsible for any scuffs on the wall caused by surfboards brought into the unit.
