The Clearwater Complex is nestled on the south end of the lake at the 8.5 Mile Marker of the Big Niangua Arm. 2 swimming pools (opened from May-Oct) Besides its magnificent view, it is one of the only complexes with a community pavilion with a firepit, basketball area, volleyball & tetherball. Does not include dock. Guests can use the entire condo! The guests will have access to parks, pools (May-Oct) and lake front Please call me if you have any concerns Family friendly unit, one flight of stairs (6 stairs into unit). Condo offers a playground, volleyball, lounging swings, fire pit, pools, and fishing. There are so many wonderful extras this unit offers.
